Show animation in map with layers

Hello everyone!
Please, I need a plugin that make the Show animation in the events to have layers such as the charsets and events have.

Ex: I am behind a tree i want a animation show above the player (can be same as player too) but below a tree with a (Star) passability.

I want the control over the animation to use in any desired layer , below player but above tiles), same as player or the classic above everything. If someone can make make this i will be gratefull.

This plugin only works with looping animations, i don't want them to loop, i tried to make a single animation to run behind the player and used the command to stop the loop and didin't work.
