Show Battle Animation on Actor

So I've fallen into another issue, I can't seem to figure out how to show a Animation during a Battle on a Actor. I've tried using "Force Battle Animation" but it's for Enemies only. I only want to show animation for a specific scene in my game. Is there a script call I can do?
(Sorry for asking so many questions, I've been asking a lot recently.)

Here's a line I found in the rpg_objects file.

Code:
Game_Battler.prototype.startAnimation = function(animationId, mirror, delay)
I haven't used/tested it but I would think you could use with one of these.

Code:
$gameActors.actor(id).startAnimation(animationId, mirror, delay)
$gameParty.members()[index].startAnimation(animationId, mirror, delay)
Where:
id = actor's ID
index = actors position in the party (start counting from 0).
animationId = the animations ID
mirror = true or false
delay = number, I'm unsure if this is in frames or ms.

To use this you'll need to set up an event, either on the map, as a common event in the database, or on a troop in the database. Once in the event add a new script command.

Paste one of the codes provided in my previous post and replace any relevant values (eg. replace id with a number), the final code should look something like this

Once this runs it will play animation 1 on the first member of the party.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
