Show Money Box While Talking to Innkeeper

Is there a way to display the little box that shows how much money you have without taking you to the full screen menu?  I'd like to be able to show it while you're asked if you want to stay at an Inn so you'd know if you could and the monetary impact it might have.

Before showing text/choices, use this in the event's script command:

@gold_window = Window_Gold.new@gold_window.x = 0@gold_window.y = 0You can alter the x and y to suit your needs.

To close the gold window:

@gold_window.dispose

Alternatively, in a text box, you can also use the function "\G" to pull up the Gold Window.

I'm too busy coding in stuff the engine can't do to actually know what the engine can do.

You're right, I forgot that the Inn event does that.  I changed the dialogue on all my Innkeepers, so I later forgot the quick event shows the money box.  It looks like \$ is what shows the money box.  I'll add the symbol back into my Innkeepers' dialogue.
