show picture is moving also.

I have keep thinking is it possible to do that the picture that is shown on the map will not follow the players movement put will just lock the to the screen or it will just stay. Because i made a forest map with a pictures shown a ray of lights and a leaf shadows so it will look like u are under a gaint trees but the problem is whenever i walk the picture that i put is following the player i want those show pictures the sun light and the tree shadows will not follow the player and will just lock on the screen. like what others do with a parallax map the picture is not moving but instead it is lock. I hope u get what i mean pls help

There are 2 plane. The game screen, and the game map. When you use show picture, you put em in the game screen.

EDITED : If it was MV, there are plugin to bind picture to map. Dunno if there are similar script for VXA.

This thread is in the Ace Support forum. A plugin will not help.

But there should be some "Bind Pictures to Map" scripts around for Ace, if you do a search.

I did one but the only thing it can does is lock a one picture nothing less. I`m not asking for a script i avoiding using scripts as possible as i can. Im just asking how to do it :)

That is a behavior that is coded in the game's code/script, if you want to completely change it, you would need a script.

There is an option though, to use an event to show your "picture" as its its graphics instead of using Show Picture command, which would also mean that you need to change that picture into a spritesheet, and also risk the image not showing right away in case of a bigger map (as events far from the player dont get updated to minimize processes).

How about an paralell process showing it as an animation? Using only the Picture in the Animation it shouldnt change at all and you can fixate it on the event using the above player tag. Doing so it looks like you walk underneath the picture/animation.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
