Show picture via note tags based on skillname?

I'd like something that shows a picture during a skill. The way I have tried this now is via common events, but it involves lot's of pointless clicking and selecting, and it's just time consuming. So I was thinking about note tags. This note tag would include the skillname which then in turn would look up the picture that belongs to that skill (The pictures and skills are named the same) and then show it on the screen. It would be even greater if the note tag could take the skillname by itself so I don't need to fill it in each and every time (I have around 6000 pictures to use). 


So:

• Script that shows picture during skill and not after it's effects are inflicted
  
• Picture is found by using the note tags which include the picture name
  
• The picture doesn't need to be erased afterwards

Maybe I should clarify even more (as I see I kind of forget to mention it). The pictures show how the attack looks so it's not the actor model or something similar I wish to show, but the attack. So if I use 'punch' a picture of someone getting punched shows up.

Well, this sort of stuff that you're asking for is, if not fairly complicated, very long-winded and somewhat specific to your game. You're basically asking for what amounts to days and days of work for free, to give to one specific person (you). I wouldn't be surprised if nobody takes on this request. Scripting requests in general are usually only taken if they're interesting, simple to do, or widely usable-- or some kind stranger has a lot of spare time on their hands.

That's true, well it's my project, maybe it's time to invest some spare into scripting myself, even though I have clue where to start, it might come in handy later on.
