Simple Mouse request

I hate the mouse effect you know that blinking white square every time you click to move... i use snapshot of map as battle back and it's picks up the white blinking square 1/10 times. am I the only one who notice this? searched could find any available Plugins for this problem

maybe use transparent image... thus nothing show on map when you click the map.

Sweet plugin you can just disable no need to use image this be solve... thank for your help...
