Simple Parallax Map Edit

I am not good at parallaxing maps, and I know it's possible to do this with regular tiles but the maps were already parallaxed by a friend and I figured it'd be easier to edit the parallax than going back, remaking the map and editing a bunch of tiles to fit accordingly. I believe it's just simple edits.

Cherry Blossom Courtyard: I need cherry blossoms moved closer to the fence/cobblestone instead of that big gap.

Bloody Courtyard: I need the fence moved closer to the cobblestone, the trees moved closer to the fence like in the cherry blossom courtyard, and the long grass covering the parts of the regular grass at the edges of the cobblestone.

Do you have the original map files available or only the resulting png's?
This is only easy as long as the map is in a layer-saved format, after the layers have been reduced to a single layer picture like the given pngs it is much more difficult to move elements.

The bloody courtyard has yet to be parallax, actually.
I don't have the layer-saved format for the cherry blossom because a friend did it for me and only sent me the final form

EDIT: I accidentally for some reason said they were both parallax. Stupid me .-.

What tiles are you using?

Ying's trees for the cherry blossoms
Ayene-chan for the flowers
Mack for the grass and fence
Light for the bush/plant/trees that are bloody
Rainbow Jello and Recife for the blood tiles (unless I'm wrong)

@Muffle your problem here is that this is NOT a "simple" edit.
Unless you can get your hands on the original, layered map file and provide that, such a change would require re-doing at minimum one third of those maps.
