Hey, I want to create a state that increases the hit rate of a specific actor against an enemy with this state applied.
I'm using Yanfly's Hit Accuracy plugin, so the accuracy formula is skillHitRate * (userHitRate - targetEvadeRate) instead of default.
For some reason, this one has stumped me. Thanks for the help!
