Hello there
I'm creating this thread because I have a question to answer before going further with my project: I'm using stock pictures from freepik.com (such as landscapes and things like that) for my MV game. The website says that all images are free to use for commercial projects as long as I give credits to either the author (if showed) or to freepik. I wonder if this is actually true. Most of the pictures I've seen there are high quality and look very professional, so it makes me think if it's realistically possible that artists actually give their work that easily to such a website for the public to use it as they want.
Do you have the same problem? Have you used pictures from free-stock websites? (if so, which one would you recommend me to use?) Do you know if freepik is a reliable page in terms of copyright?
