Hi. I'm making a fangame atm and I want to draw my own sprites for it, instead of using the sprites that come with RPG Maker. However, my sprites are a lot bigger than the standard ones. I looked online and it says that, to make the characters appear properly, I need to put them in a 3 * 4 grid. When I try this, it doesn't work.

Can someone either tell me what dimensions I should use, where I'm going wrong or - if you can - could you create a PNG grid, with empty boxes that I can use to paste my characters into, so I know what size works.

    Attached is the sprite sheet.

there are no fixed dimensions, but the regular spritesheets contain eight sprites of 3x4, not one like your picture. You need to start your filename with a $ to tell the engine that it contains only one sprite.
