Skill and Item window help

Hello, I am experimenting with some some stuff for SV battles mainly with certain window widths and I am having troubles finding which of the plug-ins is affecting the skill and item selection windows width i am using both of these in the right order they seem to work together and I have been able to pull off what I am trying to do so far
these are the two I am thinking may be causing my issue


here is a pic of what I am trying to fix

what would I need to look for in order to change the width
or is this something that has to do a default script?

The default code in rpg_scenes.js:

You can try reducing the width of the skill window by subtracting or dividing the Graphics.boxWidth.
E.g.: Graphics.boxWidth - 50 or Graphics.boxWidth / 2
The item window is handled by "Scene_Battle.prototype.createItemWindow", right below the skill window code.

Edit: It's recommended to add these changes in a new plugin instead of changing the default plugins.

A mousefolk sprite I made, I think I did good.
Discovering math. functions for damage formulas was one of the greatest things for me.
It's very useful for balancing skills to work in a variety of possible circumstances.
