skill equip system, item limit system and a passive skill system

hi i'm new to making requests, well sorta anyway here is my requests

a skill equip system, that will force players to pick and choose which skills they can use in battle, they have to have the skill equiped in one of their slots and if its not equiped the skill wont show up at all. 

by item limit system i mean a system that only allows you to have so many items in their bag before they have to sell something, but this limit can be changed for each catogory of item/gear, instance, you have 20 differant items in your bag, but you want to pick up diff item 21, but you are only allowed 20 items in bag so you are forced to either leave item 21 or some how remove an item from bag for item 21

and a passive skill system, basicly a system that allows one to gives skills passive effects like +20% damage using such and such or add X stat or a small combination of both, and limited to 3 effects per passive skill

Can you explain the skill one? You equip them in your armor slots?
Or a separate window where you chose which ones are active / de-active?

Then when you battle only the active one show up?

Item one doesn't sound hard, it is probably already made. I made one for max # of a specific item ie, only allowed 10 potions etc.

seperate skill scene, where you have 10 slots and only skills in those slots are active and able to be used in combat

So in the main menu you select the option: Battle Skills or something like that.
Then you choose which actor. Then you go to a separate window where you have a list of 10 slots.
You choose a slot then you scroll down the list and select which skill you want to have in that slot.
Once you choose that skill then it is removed from the list so you cant chose it twice.
Then you can use only those skills in battle?

I'm also in favour of this, but I would need it so that it only applies to the skills I want, and that different characters can have different skill limits, etc.

People suggested me to go try yanfly's item core plugin.

Well, the plugin let me to impose limit to how many item a player can have in his/her inventory, but problem is, if you get item from battle or item when the inventory limit has been reached, instead of asking if you would like to discard some items in your inventory to take in the new item or not, the item will just go directly into your inventory, even if the limit has passed.

He says that this is intended. So right now I am (still) looking around for this plugin

the inventory one i'm looking for not only limits how many of each item you can have, but how many total DIFFERANT items you can have in your inventory

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
