@Elliot404 Just copy/paste the Javascript code between the <Before Eval> tags - those tags are just saying when the Javascript starts and ends, but the tags themselves aren't Javascript.

you still have one too many } in your notetag - you need to find the notetag that went wrong and remove the added } from it.
That is why you get an "unexpected token }" error again and again.
I don't know if it is the first or the sixth that needs to be removed, but that is the error message you're getting at the moment

@Elliot404 have you read my post above where I told you the second time to remove the wrong closing bracket before continuing testing?

I don't know what exactly I did but, the skill itself worked but not its effect didn't.

I removed the before oval both sides, and one of the }. The unexpected error stopped showing. Thank you, and sorry for the trouble.

but, I think I should do something with user.mdf code. Should I replace it with a number or should I just leave it as it is?
That is entirely up to you, this is your game.
if you feel that Magic Defense (that's what user.mdf is, btw)should be replaced by a unchanging constant Number for this skills calculation to help balance out your game more I think you can make and should make that decision on your own.

We can give you advice, but you are the only one that really knows whats going on with your game.

No, sorry I don't mean to sound like that. Since I'm not expert in coding, I just wanted to know whether I should replace it with a number however I set it, or something else.
