Skill Maximum with storage

I'm wondering if there is already a script for this, I searched for a while but it's hard to find something without knowing what someone else called it.

I would like to have a maximum of Skills per character and then have a way to swap the skills out. Even just replacing an existing known skill with another skill to meet the max amount each character can know would work out. A better way would to be have some kind of storage where you could move skills your party knows in and out.

 More was trying to generalize the characters in one group at the same time. But yes each character would be accurate.

Thanks Theodoric, I will try out that script to see if it does what I am trying to accomplish.
