The title is a bit confusing, but I'll give out the background to my request.

I've been using the RTK1_Option_EnJa plugin to implement a Japanese-English Language switch system.
URL for the aforementioned plugin's info page: https://github.com/yamachan/jgss-hack/blob/master/RTK1_Option_EnJa.md

While this plugin fulfills most of my needs, it lacks a method for implementing translations of Skill-usage messages:
(I am referring to the type of message below)

I would greatly appreciate is someone would be able to develop a method for implementing skill message translations, be it by building up on the original plugin or developing a separate one.

Been considering it, but I have already setup a considerable amount of the translation.

EDIT: Took a look at Iarva Localization, and it appears that either I have the mind of a filthy primitive, or it is very user unfriendly.

Can't decipher the instructions at all.

EDIT 2: Finally managed to decipher how to work Iarva Localization, and can say with certainty that it is NOT what I am looking for,
I am not going to open text events-> copy-> create reference tag -> Paste (repeat process ad infinitum) just to get the Skill Messages localized.

EDIT 3: Got off my lazy ass, took a look at the RTK1 code, and edited myself to localize message box 1 and 2, turned out to be pretty simple.

Somebody lock this thread please.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
