Skill that applies a Random status effect

as the title states, im trying to make a skill that, when used, applies a random status effect on the enemy team (simillar to how status bomb works in Five Nights at ****boy's 2, which was alse made in VX Ace)

im still fairly new to rpgmaker as a whole so if this has a super simple answer dont rip into me too hard.

no, it has no sinple answer - it is rather difficult to do this without a script.

The only way to do this would be to have the skill call a common event and then in that common event use control variable as a random generator to decide by conditional branches which state to use.
