Skill that needs like, sorta build-up skills to execute

So I need a plugin (or any sort of ways) to do the build up skills.
Like for example :

The actor wants to cast skill Z, but in order to do that the actor needs to cast :
Skill A, Skill B, then Skill C (yes, in that order)
Skill Z gonna be casted automatically after the actor successfully build up the skill..

If the actor fails the skill order, the skill's gonna be failed and he needs to do it all over again.

As for the skill ordering, if possible, can be casted in one turn.

So, basically an additional skill when certain skills are launched succesfully in a row. The player uses skills A, B, C, and after launching C, the actor launches Z immediately, always that the order was that.
Let's see... I'd use a trick instead a plugin. Skill A, self applies 2 status with no effect nor icon, Status 1 and Status 2. Skill B, cancels Status 1, Skill C cancels Status 2 and applies Status 3. Then after Skill C a common event checks if the actor has Status 3, but doesn't have Status 1 and 2. If such is right, Skill Z is launched. After checking, regardless the result, Statuses 1, 2 and 3 are canceled.

[EDIT]I'm not completely sure I got the idea. It now sounds like you want an actor to use more than one skill in one move, and if a sequence is a specific one, enable one more actin being that a locked skill.

If I got that edit right, it's too much for me, since it implies important changes in the very battle system. If I got the idea right before the edit, it requires 2 plugins instead one, but I can make it to work without the engine I explained.

Sorry for the late reply.. I think you got the edit right. I see, it is hard to do. Can I DM you or something to talk about it?
But for the before edit, I'll try to do that first, see if I can manage something. Really thank you for your help, it's very useful :D

[VERY LATE EDIT] It seems that your solution's so close to what I want! I'll go with your trick, thank you so much @myenemy ( I hope there's a plug in to this tho ahahaha )
