I'm making a character who inflicts status effects with his spells and while inflicted with and hit with certain spells they do extra damage (For example a fire spell sets them on ablaze then a wind spell would inflict extra damage). Basically the character would combo spells for extra effects. I have the states that I want but have no clue how to set it.

In my mind it would be like:

If target is ablaze and then hit with a wind spell deal extra 1.5 damage
If target is "Slimey" and then hit with a thunder spell deal extra 1.5 damage
If target is grounded and hit with a water spell target is now inflicted with "Sludge"
If target is "Slimey" and hit with a wind spell target is now "Chilly"

Have your spells apply a state, for example "Ablaze", and add a trait to that Ablaze state for "Element Rate: Wind" at 150%. Then, any "Wind"-type damage the enemy with the Ablaze state takes will be increased to 150%.

You can do that across the board for all your elements :)

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
