Skills are shared for all

Does anyone know of a plugin that allows all skills to be shared between all allies? Such as when someone buys or learns a skill, everyone else knows how to use that skill too.

Support is for help using an existing plugin, requests is for finding one. Afraid I don't know of any such one myself, but here you'll have more of a chance of finding someone who might know of one.
