Does the symbols in the slash 3 animation mean anything? What do they mean if they do.

I was wondering this too. I'm using Slash Special 3 for some special moves, but would like to know what I'm 'saying' in the animation.
One of the symbols is Chi, I'm trying to match up the rest, but they look different than standard Kanji, and even a google search by image is not returning a result.

My son speaks and reads Japanese, I'll ask him.
