Smaller Battle Window

Hello, I want to make a pretty simple game and i want to make the whole battle window smaller something like the gameboy color version of Dragon Warrior(Quest) 2. The window with the troops is only a percentage of the screen and the health and commands are neatly tucked into the top and bottoms, if anyone knows of a script that'll help with this that would be great, for VX Ace of course. Thanks.
