I agree with
@Holder , the first delay was obviously a tech-person overriding a marketing decision.
The second delay had no data but I assumed the same, and now it looks as if the marketing finally forced its way despite any possible problems remaining.
And don't forget that with MV and MZ it was similar in the way that they never bothered any international beta-testing. MV had a bug caused by the switch between dot and comma that is used by a lot of countries including germany, and all MV 1.0 crashed on any entering of any trait numbers due to Windows having switch to using 1,00 for the number one where english countries often use 1.00
Not to mention that the translation to German had a lot of bad word choices, they should have checked the Ace translation as a guideline if they never bothersd to ask a native German (for example "get location info" was basically translated as "get file path info", causing it to be not used in any way by new users until they discovered that it should have been translated as "get map location info".
