Hey there! I have been running into this error for no particular reason, I am using RPG maker MV and I don't know why is it giving me this error, 'Failed to create distribution package'

I have tried checking my folder but I couldn't find anything? Any suggestions or ideas of why this might be happening?

Solution: My default plugins were causing the error for some reason, so I deleted them, then added them in the deployed version of the game. (Of course I copied them somewhere else first)

I've moved this thread to MV Deployment. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

Tech-Support is for getting the editors to run

In most cases so far, this happens when you have a filename or path that is illegal under networking rules.

Windows has a few overrides that allow you to use filenames that are absolutely forbidden on networking environments, and if that is the case the deployment will fail, because that requires all filenames to follow networking rules (otherwise deployment to web or mobile would be impossible)

Under networking rules, only latin letters and numbers and very few special symbols are allowed - no spaces, no non-latin letters and so on.

Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
So I was playing with filters and this looked interesting...

Versus the normal look...

Kind of gives a very different feel. :LZSexcite:
