RMMV [SOLVED] I need a free "States Overlay" plugin

Hi comrades!
Here is the problem: i'd like to add some visual effects to the states in a game i am currently working on (things like on fire, freezed, and so on), but i don't find anything i can use!

My first option was Yanfly Visual State Effects (this one: http://www.yanfly.moe/wiki/Visual_State_Effects_(YEP)), which would be exactly what i need, but in order to get it i have to spend 30+ euros for the entire bundle (absolutely no).

Then i found this one: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/inde...-sv-overlay-animations-for-your-states.49645/ but it's download link is in a Youtube video which results private/cancelled.

I also found this one: https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/more-state-overlay.47886/ which looks unavailable too (i didn't manage do download it maybe i did something wrong i don't know )

Regarding the second plugin where the link is dead in the OP, it seems a few posts down that someone mirrored the download link for it!
