OK so basically what i am trying to do is add 12 icons in a specific x and y location to my menu, but only if switch so and so is on. I also need it to change the icon if a different switch is on. So if switch 001 is on, icon 1 shows up. Then if switch 002 is on, it changes icon 1 to icon 2, and if switch 003 is on, icon 3 shows up. Then if switch 004 is on, it changes icon 3 to icon 4, and so on for all 12 icons. Icons 1 and 2 are at the same x and y, icons 3 and 4 are at a different x and y, ect. I should note that there not command icons they are icons for collectibles you will get in the game. I have tried editing other plugins but no luck. I have googled, and searched the forums, and still nothing. So here i am looking for a little help or insight on this. It has me all messed up lol.
Also for a better idea think of Final Fantasy 1. In the menu is 4 crystals and after you beat each fiend it changes the gray crystals to a colored one. Se image below.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
