As some may have noticed, there's a lot about this whole RPG Maker that I'm not clear on, and I thought I'd put any basic questions I have into one topic instead of infesting the board with a bunch of little topics.
I'm sure I'll think of others later (I think I already did and forgot what they were), but first off...
Is it possible to play RPG Maker games that have been made using a system I don't own? For example, can I play someone's XP game even though I only own Ace on this computer? If yes, are there any extra steps to downloading/installing a game made with a system I don't own?

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
