Sound Emitting Events

Has anyone created or would be able to convert

It allows to you create an event and then add a comment that specifies a sound that plays from that events position. As you get further away from the event the sound gets lower.

I didn't convert the Ace script, so I forgot some functions like pitch and volume settings... I'll add those when I can.
