I need to know how to make an OGG File. I made the M4A but I don't know how to make an OGG File. Can someone please help me out?

Had to put it on youtube cause tumblr wouldn't accept my M4A File. XD

Use Audacity. It's a free software. You simply import your track there and export into ogg.

Ohh I also suggest, if you still have the original uncompressed audio file, to use that instead of your m4a file since the m4a format is a lossy compression format (like ogg). So if you compress in a lossy format a file that is already in a lossy format, you're going to lose twice the quality.
