I'm working on my battle system and I was curious if there was a way to get the spacing to work both horizontally and vertical as I want to display my battlers in a diagonal direction.

(Don't mind the mess lol. I have a lot of other things to fix up afterwards in it).

You can try with :offset_x and :offset_y in BATTLER_HUD Configuration. You can use a string to eval the offset.

For example, you want to make the offset X be actor index multiply with 64, put this into :offset_x (don't forget the quote symbols)

Code:
"index * 64"

So first, thank you very much as it does more or less what I was hoping for.

My only issue problem is: is there a way to stop the first actor from moving as well and just have actors 2 and 3?

EDIT:  Nevermind.  I just realized that I just needed to place the starting X to negative whatever number I multiplied the "index * (#)" by.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
