Special Window Tile Piece Request

  I would like to request a window tile that looks like the one in the included picture...

I would like for it to be made in the DS style mainly, but if possible, in the VX ace rtp style as well.

I do not mind if it is edited from rtp, or created from scratch, but i would need it for commercial purpouses.
