Speech Bubble with name tag

I've searched and searched but only found speech bubbles without name tags. 

Maybe a generous soul can help me with it.

Yes. I've tried multiple scripts but there was not a single one with that feature.

Thanks. Just tried it and it also has no support for name tags.

It should have. Since I use nametags from Yanfly Message and Yami's pop message script. Check the instructions?
