I'm trying to add in a spellblade type skill where you can enchant your weapon with elemental properties for a while. Is there any way to check and see if a weapon is enchanted with a specific element and if so how would I change the animation while attacking to match that?

Moving to RGSS3 Script Requests

To change the animation would require scripts.

To do the other, you're going to have to explain how you enchant the weapon with a specific element.

To enchant I would use a skill which I named: "Fire[or Ice/Electric] Enchant. And I would add fire/ice/thunder force into the effects category.

I would go into "State" "Add State" "Fire Force" "100%".

Use Tsukuhime's Feature Manager and Attack Animation scripts.

This will allow you to set different attack animations depending on the state you currently have applies.

I use this for my spell blade character.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
