Here's the problem:

While traveling through a forest, the MCs party walks into an ambush set by a bunch of thugs.

After a lot of threats and arguing, the party and the thugs fight (big surprise, right?) but after they win THIS happens:

All five of the thugs have 3 pages and are set up as such:

1st page = Walking/Standing animation on, SAC priority

2nd page (Activated after a post-battle switch is turned on) = Walking/Standing animation off, Direction Fix on, sprite changed to "damaged" version of original, BC priority.

3rd page (Activated after a "left the forest" switch is turned on) = No sprite, BC priority. This is so the player won't find the defeated thugs still there if they return to the forest later.

I don't know why it's giving me such a hard time. I even deleted the offending sprite entirely, copied one of the other ones, and it's still being difficult. Ideas?

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
