Sprite request. RPG MAKER 2003

Hey guys!
I am kinda new here and I already learned loads of stuff thanks to all of you guys.

I'm currently making my own RPG game. and I actually wanted to use this kind of sprites design for my characters. (first attached file), And I was wondering If somebody else could make it for me or could point me in the right direction of a person that wants to make a character sprite design for me in that style.

Second attachment, (my character I want to turn into a sprite) (drew him myself)
I hope somebody can help me with that since I'm so inexperienced with sprite design.

I learned Frankenspriting from rpgmaker.net, you can apply the same to 2k3 but the tutorial was written for xp.

Hey Emanzi, sorry for the intrusion again, but the image file is really smal and bluryy if I implement it into rpg maker 2003, is it possible to resend the full Image? please ^-^

I uploaded the file and used full image. No spoiler. Does it work?

Make sure you right click and select Save As...

I'll try sending you a PM with the image and see if that works.
