Hello, I have a question. I have a Sprite sheet that works perfect. Problem is if a put a chest down, I move my character up to it to open it, my character walks through it and is stopped two tiles above the chest and not just before the chest like normal as and being 2 tiles above the chest, if I hit the action button, I still loot the chest. How to fix this? Thank you kindly

Can you show Pictures of the Map and the Eventpage of the Chest?

[mod]I've moved this to the MV support section. The bit about support in the title "Product Discussion and Support" is for getting tech support for the things Degica sells here, like if you can't get MV to install, or you don't have access to download an art pack you bought. Moving it to MV is a guess based on your profile, if I guessed wrong, please report your opening post and ask for it to be moved to whichever engine you're actually using.[/mod]

The trigger and contact area of any character (event or player) is always grid-based, which means its 48x48 pixel for MV - no matter the size of the sprite itself.
This area is also always centered bottom on the sprite itself - if the sprite is larger, then the picture will go beyond that area and can overlap with other larger sprites. But the trigger contact will happen on that 48x48 area and not on the sprites themselves.

The second draft of my script is almost done, and I don't think I'm going to write a third draft. I'll make changes to dialogue here and there, but I'm happy with the series of events the way they are.
How you feel about font and dialogue box changing for every main character while the minor cast and regular npc get their own styles? Too much?
Just found an obviously custom effect (i.e. edited by me) in my resources>sounds folder called "rip jaw off". Dear Lord what is wrong with me as a person that at some point I needed a sound *specifically* for THAT??
(...rhetorical question.)
so like with the whole 'familiarity breeds contempt thingy', how are you supposed to tell if your title screen/battle music gets really tedious after a few dozen plays or if you're just personally hella sick of it?
