SRD Hud Maker Ultra Component Limit

I have a question, has anyone reached a limit on how many components they were able to have on SRD Hud Maker Ultra? The reason why I ask is that my battle hud requires several components to be on display and I reached a limit and can't add any more components. Does the Paid version have the same issue as well?

I think this is a tool and not a plugin. If I'm wrong, someone please report this so it can be moved to Plugin Support.

The free version have up to 500 components limit, if I remember corectly. When I reached the limit, the HUD become too heavy on the editor, and it freezes occasionally, at least on my end. Maybe my computer is just too weak.

For the paid version, HUD have limit of 500 components too. But the paid version allows custom HUDS, and custom components too. A custom component is component, that can have many components inside. And then you can add it to any HUD, and it will count as one, which should allow you to bypass the limitation.

Testing around, I create few green spheres, in external component "More Components. The Type of the external HUD, as you see, is Component. Can be HUD too, if is meant to be used as named HUD.

The green sphere, as you can see, is simply something I copied several times and moved around.

Then, on your HUD, you add it as Custom. Is down there, on the Pro UI Components section.


Then you pick your custom component.


And is on your HUD, counting as one component:

There is coding way to bypass the limitation on the free version too, by creating multiple data files with the editor, and then merge them in game. But not sure how friendly is that with SRD terms, and is not user friendly at all, as user cannot see all the components in the editor.
