RMMV SRD Super Tools Engine windows not draggable

As the title says. When I use the menu editor, I cannot drag around the windows.

I can still manipulate windows through the side window, allowing me to change the window's dimensions, opacity, etc., and even highlighting said window on the main game window, but clicking on the main game window gives no response.

I tried creating a new project then installing the plugin there, where it worked as normal.

Funnily enough, I have used the plugin successfully a few months ago. I suspect it was because I changed my game and game folder's name, but beyond that I'm not sure. I haven't added any additional plugins since the time it was still working, so I'm wondering what would be the cause.

EDIT: Turns out one of my plugins disabled my mouse, which disabled the dragging. God. Anyways, since the problem turned out to be just a small oversight, could a mod close this?
