"Whosoever is acknowledged by the elves will receive the power to change the world." These are the words of a forgotten legend…

Light Elf, forebringer of life, and Dark Elf, embodiment of corruption. Two powers struggled, rose, and fell. They finally found a balance and formed the world of today, known as the Continent of Elwes.

The Continent of Elwes is a land divided between Abyss Empire, Landar Kingdom, and many other nations.

Three years ago, Abyss Empire, the most powerful nation on the continent, started a series of wars, intending to bring the whole continent under its control,

Overwhelmed by the military power of Abyss Empire, nations bent their knees one after another, subjecting themselves to the yoke of their conqueror. Not long after, the only powers that could stand up to Abyss Empire were Landar Kingdom and a few other remaining factions.

However, the ruler of Abyss Empire, Abyss III, seems to have greater ambitions...

By chance, a village boy named Ire meets Byin and his friend Leed, who is blessed by the Light Elf. Leed and Byin have learned that King Abyss' source of power comes from the Dark Elf. To keep the world from being consumed by the dark power, they set out to find a way to seal the Dark Elf. Desiring to leave the village since he was a young boy, Ire grabs the chance of a life time and begins a journey to save the world with Leed and Byin.

@CHIMAKI I have moved this thread to 'Games in Development' as it is a demo and not a completed game.

I really like strategy RPGs, since old times of Fire Emblem and Shining Force, and your battle system is fun to play. I like how common units are based in quantity and heroes are stronger single units. The battle animations are nice too. All characters arts are pleasing to the eyes. The map/scenery is a level below, they look simplistic and seens to be scaled up without the proper tools.

The plot is a bit of a cliche, the young warrior who wants to leave the village, wars, and the complete package. I know that you can develop a nice story from that, but it's not a good starting point. If you plan to leave it like that, just start the game in the village without showing any background story, let the player know it along the game.

While I can recognize a few RTP tiles, for the most part this looks like a professional game! :LZSooo: I love the character designs, the character bust art is gorgeous!

Today years old when I realized I can track Last Skill ID used as a variable... natively in engine....

*sighs in reconstructing skill system*
Well, another class starts tomorrow. About 2 weeks of teaching them virtually and then they arrive on campus for about 4 weeks of in-person instruction. The next batch of Snorlax Acolytes is hopefully ready to go!
I notice that my examples are so often based on what Fallout and Skyrim did.
Yet none of my games have anything based on anything Fallout or Skyrim did.
Isn't that funny?
