Im having a problem with my plugins, mainly to do with a passive state function. My actor is level 7, and has access to the first stage of an ability that is supposed to be a passive all the time buff. When the simulator boots up, he has this buff, but also has the level 10 next stage of the ability, which he shouldnt because he is only level 7.
Unless I completely remove the skill for that class to have it, this problem persists.
Here are the elements to this problem I am dealing with:
There are three ranks (named differently, and gained at levels 7,10, and 13) of a single ability. When at level X, he gains the skill, which using Yanfly's Autopassive States, grants the class a passive buff at that time onward.
The three ranks are made to override their previous ranks using HIME's Override State plugin, as well as Mr.Trivel's (I think thats who made it) Simple Replace Skill plugin to remove the previous rank from their skill list.
Despite being level 7 and supposed to only know rank 1 of this ability, he knows rank 1 and rank 2 (which he would obtain at level 10, not 7), and further, this rank 2 does not override the previous state (though given how long ago the plugin was developed I am uncertain if it is because of age or not). What puzzles this further, is he does not also have the third rank state active. Any suggestions or help? Even a way of screen sharing help by chance?
