State Overlay Control

Introduction
My first attempt at a plugin in rpgmaker mv just wanted to get a feel for it. This lets your break the State Overlay Limit and control some of the parameters associated with it.
Image:
Params:
Animation Frame Width + Height
Frame Count per animation
Anchor X and Anchor Y Adjustment
Wait frames between each animation frame adjust
Notetag:
<OVERLAY INDEX: X>
EX: <OVERLAY INDEX: 27> This will show the 27 lines animation from inside your state.png
How To Use:
Add plugin to your plugin folder and adjust parameters from with in plugin editor. Notetag goes in the states tab. Depending
on the param settings you chose you will have to manually adjust the state.png image size to reflect what your desire and then add your animations from there. Depending if your animation frame size is smaller or bigger you may need to adjust your anchor points for alignment on your character.
Requirements:
Graphic Editing software like gimp photoshop to add your animations and resize your canvas.
