Static SV Sprite Plugin

I would like a script that would allow us to make a picture the static battler for actors, so that we can add in note tags for yanfly sv animated battle such as breathing and action sequencing. The end result would look something like below:

Thank you for any help in either getting a plugin to do this or a way to use Yanfly or other already existing plugins to do the same thing.
