Statistical Problems!

I'm having an issue with RPG Maker MV, for some reason whenever I playtest my current game the stats are reduced by 25%! so if the character has 100 Endurance/Defense, its reduced to 75 x.x I have no clue why its happening.

I know its some sort of a plug-in problem, or maybe a combo-wombo of plug-ins. I know this because I've turned them all off and the stat problem doesn't occur.. Here are the plug-ins I'm using:
Enemy Book by Yoji Ojima
YEP: Core Engine, Status menu core, message core, item core, Battle Engine Core, BattleAI Core, Base Param Control, Skill core, Damage Core, BuffsStatesCore, Element Core, Equip Core, Target Core, Enhanced TP, Party System, Battle Status Window, Absorption Barrier. Auto Passive States, Base Troop Events, Extra Enemy Drops, Gab Window, Region Events, Skill Learn System, Slippery Tiles, Steal/Snatch, Victory Aftermath, Hit Accuracy, Actor Variables, Aftermath Level up, Battle Statistics, Attach Augments, Item Durability, Item Upgrade Slots, Profile Status Page, Skill Cooldowns. armor scaling, Skill Cost items, equip requirements, Map Gold Window, Button Common Events, Smart Jump, Taunt, and Passive Auras
SumRandomDude: Time Attack Core, Time Attack Clock, Circle, and Mash

I can see two places that could be causing this. One, check your passive states. If anyone has a passive state that sets a stat to 75% of it's amount, that would do what you describe. The other location to check is buff and states core, because if you changed the formula for how buffs are applied, that would do what you describe.


Please check both of those, and if all looks good, post your settings for buff and states core so we can check and see if it is something there. Otherwise, you may have to turn on the plug-ins one at a time, see if it occurs, and figure out which one is causing it that way.

I checked my Auto Passive states first...and promptly realized I only have auto-states that increase stats. lol

So I checked the buff formula, changed a 0.75 to a 1.0... now its fixed. I sure feel dumb. xD Thanks man!
