steal ability?

I was wondering if anyone knew a simple easy way to implement a steal skill for my game? 

I have a thief character and would be awesome to have a set of steal skills for him like the ones people have made for  vx. I suppose in time someone would make them available but i was hoping a simple version would be possible.

This link above works THE BEST. You just need to remember to add the info in each enemy note and also add note in your steal skill. for example:
