What is RM on Steam? I only use RPG Maker VXA, Skyrim & Doom 3 off line mode. I don't go into Steam really at all.I believe the key is automatically tied to your steam account... so download RM from steam and run it from there...

RM is short for RPG Maker - and in this case, he probably was referencing to RM Ace...What is RM on Steam?
you don't need or get a key from the steam version. If it's running then everything is OK.Where is it in there. I looked under help and about and within steam to and no key.
That is sometimes possible, but you have to write a support ticket asking for one - it is not automatic, and it needs to be decided by Degica, not on the forum.I misunderstood, I thought I could get a key so I could use the non-steam version. lol too much stress.
From what I heard so far, this happens if there is a failed synchronisation with the workshop content, and it's usually cleared if you remove all workshop content, clear local cache/files and start again. It happens more often if you try to add a lot of the workshop content parts at the same time, it's better if you add only the parts you're really interested in, and only one or two at a time (wait for download to complete before adding the next)I just thought that I should let you all know that on Steam with the workshop, it will update the RPG Maker VX Ace to the workshop edition and then RPG Maker VX Ace no longer loads or works properly and it also closes out steam.
If you go to the manage projects window of the steam version, there is a button that will allow you to select a path to a folder for your projects. One more time- where are downloaded resources stored on one's hard drive?
