Well I am new to this community and I would like if someone knows how to download mods and maps for the steam workshop. It does not work for me because I do not own the engine in steam? I would be also interested in map or plugin recommendations.
Thanks for your time.

you need to have the engine active in steam to access anything in those workshops.

that is no problem however because the key you get for purchasing the standalone version doubles as a steam key. It is only one licence but you can have both versions installed on your computer if you wish (for example to allow for two languages)

Is that still a thing? I thought it was an intro offer only, and they ran out of steam keys?

Edit: apparently it's still a thing.

@Shaz they can't stop the offer because the MacOS and Linux versions of RMMV are only available through steam, not as standalones.
So anyone purchasing RMMV here for Mac or Linux needs to use the key to activate the steam access before he can install.

What you remember is for Ace which is windows only and where you can no longer get a steam key for purchasing here.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
