Yes, you're allowed to use them for the contest. Since the event is small, you do not need a commercial license for it.

I'm having a problem downloading a few of the files - specifically frame 4 of the water, the second preset building file, and any of the interiors. They link to the Photobucket page instead of the image itself, and for some reason Photobucket won't let me right-click on them to save. Any ideas on what to do?

Click the magnifying glass on Photobucket to "zoom-in" then right-click to save.

Free for use in non-commercial projects. You may edit them for your personal use. Do not re-distribute original tiles elsewhere.

License for use in commercial projects made with RPG Maker VX/Ace is 150$. Please contact Celianna or me (Lunarea) for licensing agreements.

Has anything changed since the launch of MV? Are they still available to be used non-commercially and will the license agreement change in the event I decide to go commercial? This is still my all time favorite set and I'd love to use it in MV.

these aren't tilesets no need to be converted. there for parall mapping Eise
