I'm new to RPG Maker in general, and I was wondering how I can make different weathers and times of day, specifically a stormy night. Sorry if this is in the wrong place/question's already been asked, I am new to the site as well.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
