    1st of this plugin here is one of the best monster book plugins I could find and I really would love to contenue using it but I am experiancing some weird bugs. The pictures of the monsters are like 95% bugged. 1. they don't show correctly, 2. they are cut in half or you can see just like 5% of the enemy or they don't even show at all. Here are some pictures of my problem. I am using 1.5.2 version and also tested it out with 98% of plugins turned off but yanfly_SVenemy plugin and this here. I think this is happening because they do not have paterns. So if I use Patern 0 then they sometimes show up and sometimes not. If I use another pattern then they can not be shown because normal static enemys does have only 1 picture. Is there a way to set in the enemy notebox like <Sideview Battler Animation: Static> so only that picture would be shown + breath effect? Oh and a positioning would also be nice because they are lined wrong sometimes like the flying squit. I would like to have him more up and more to the left side. also mirror effect because some enemys are mirrored because of SVBattler they mostly look to the left side but if I mirror them myself the right pictures will be the left pictures and this causes the enemy look like dead, attacking motion or something else.

    The plugin doesn't seem to support YEP_ExtraEnemyDrops...

    How do I perform a check if it's complete or not? How do I mark some enemies not to be included in the beast book?

    anyone know how to turn off XP and gold for this? the enemies come at different levels due to a plug in so values arent static

    EDIT: nm, figured it out.
    You turn it off by changing "Show Gold Switch" from 0 to 1, same with the XP

    This is awesome!

    I only have 1 problem with it. The weakness window is too small. I have a lot of elements and I cannot scroll down to see all the elements. This is a problem because the weaknesses is one of the most important information about an enemy.

    Think you can create the ability to scroll through the weakness if they extend past the bottom of the screen?

    PS: Yes, as mentioned above, there are issues with enemy display issues.

    You could try the SumRndmDde Super Tools Engine plugin (link won't stick). That's how i modified the windows in my game. You would adjust the height of the Element Weakness window.

    @Skotty TV I was wondering if you could make a compatibility with Yanfly's Enemy Levels and Element Core. I would like to be able to see, if possible, the enemy's level as well as what element(s) the enemy absorbs since the RMMV Engine does not allow element percentages to go below 0% (absorb) via the database.

    Hi I'd like to start by saying I love the idea of this plugin, it would really work for me since monsters are a huge part of my game and collecting them and such, especially since I use a lot of Yanfly plugins. However I keep getting an error when trying to use the plugin. Whenever I try to activate the book in-game I keep getting this strange error. I've tried activating the book with no other plugins on but still no dice. Do I need to make a new save file before trying to use your plugin or is there some kind of plugin command I'm missing in the enemy notetags?

    I have the object with the player as a key item. When the player selects the item I have it activate a common event that tells the plugin to open the beast book. However I just get the error. Any idea why this keeps happening?

    Did you start a new game?

    Some plugins require that you do not use an old game file.

    Well now I just feel silly! Hahah! Apparently all I had to do was start a new save. I guess the information is stored from the start. Anyway thanks for the help!

    Hello there;

    I've installed the plugin, I've added it to YEP_MainMenuManager. When I first entered the Beast Book from the menu, the monsters appear (Screenshot_1.png).

    When I cut a monster, it stays on the "Now Loading..." screen when I enter the menu again (Screenshot_2.png).

    Is there a solution to this problem?

    Hi,

    Great work with the beast book plugins! I'm actually using the older STV SimpleBeastBook plugin as it better suits the needs of my game with its simplicity and the category feature. However, I was wondering if there was a way to implement the book complete variable and switch as I'd like to tie in rewards with completing a certain amount of the book.

    I've tried a couple of things in the code but I'm not fluent in JavaScript so it didn't work.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Just wanted to add that I fixed the display problems and retooled the script so that it looks much better on screen (weaknesses, absorbs, etc work great now)and even added the ability to pull info from the book to create awesome quests.

    Gotta catch em all, kill these enemies 10 times, etc. All new side quests that have been added. Thanks for the base script!
