Success Rate of Sleep

So I have a problem I want to report, which I haven't read of yet.

When I want to change the success rate of let's say sleep for a spell the whole maker stops working.
I don't know if only I have the problem so I wanted to share it.

There is a known bug in languages that use , as a decimal point and the way MV is handling it. We are working to fix it now.
