Say good bye to your money
Dang, payday isn't for another week.
Might have to ask my Dad for either a small loan or have him withhold my first of the month money for a few months.
Well, I can't access it anyway. So...
I'm probably just going to buy Dark Souls III.
So far I bought Tokyo Dark, Spelunky, Steamworld Heist, and Dyo. About £20 worth altogether. Going to have to resist buying anything else or else my wallet is going to cry. But at least I can safely say I've not bought any games on Steam since the X-mas sale, so perhaps a few games wouldn't hurt.
Eh. Steam sales have gone massively downhill. No more flash sales and I dont think there's been daily deals in the last few either. All the discounts are the same as when they go on sale any other time of the year. Sooo, I just don't see the reason for the hype any more.
Don't get me wrong, if you're going to buy a game then its better to wait for it to be discounted. But then, that attitude is probably why sales have become so regimented of late and why discounts don't feel like discounts to me anymore (particularly on older games that never reduce in price); they feel like the actual price point and that you're being swindled any other time of the year.
Oh well. Enjoy your purchases,
